RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ZivraStyle, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

✅ Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Only unused, undamaged, unwashed products with original packaging & tags
• Return request must include order ID & product photos

❌ Non-Returnable

• Damaged by customer use
• Used / washed products
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance / sale items (if applicable)

🚫 Damaged Product Policy

• If product is received damaged, customer must inform within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video required for damaged claims
• After verification, replacement/refund will be processed

💰 Refund Policy

• Refund processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
• Refund via original payment method
• For COD orders, refund via UPI / Bank Transfer
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless product is defective

📦 Return Shipping

• Reverse pickup arranged via Shiprocket (if serviceable)
• If not serviceable, customer may need to self-ship
